Kay is our Director of HR, holding a coveted SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) certification, which attests to her deep expertise in the field of HR. With this certification, she brings an unparalleled level of knowledge and skill to our team, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of HR best practices.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional prowess in leading teams through the complex process of scaling, bringing to our team a wealth of knowledge at this stage of strategic development. She possesses a unique ability to identify critical signals within the workforce, allowing us to proactively address challenges and seize opportunities. Kay’s forward-thinking approach extends to her operational development of the future of work, seamlessly integrating AI and cutting-edge technology to enhance our operational efficiency and productivity.

A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Behavioral Psychology, Kay’s understanding of human behavior and motivation underpins her approach to HR. She leverages her deep-rooted knowledge to craft and implement policies that empower employees and optimize performance. Furthermore, her commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace is exemplified by her DE&I in the workplace certificate from the University of South Florida (USF).
